Some of the bush tomatoes (determinent) require 9 squares. It is in the book and you will learn everything I did! You will love it and I am so happy you are starting a square foot garden!

WOW!!! You said on one of your postings that you wanted to inspire others….and YOU HAVE! I’ve already started building my beds. I just have a few questions. I’ve bought the SFG book and it’s going to come in the mail shortly. Meantime, does the broccoli or any other plants require more room than 1 square? . Are you following the guidelines in the book or have you made your own improvements? Anything advice? You have an AWESOME GARDEN! (cute kiddos too) Thanks for sharing. – Rebecca
